Zurn PEX QCLP5X 1" QickClamp Crimp Rings

Designed for new construction or professional plumbing, the Zurn PEX Crimp System utilizes brass fittings and copper crimp rings, and eliminates the need for solvents, chemicals, solder, and flame. It's a "no sweat" plumbing method keyed to the demand of reduced plumbing costs. Zurn PEX Crimp System offers fast, efficient installations. Proper techniques and correct tool use are readily learned by apprentices and journeymen. Installation is neat and professionally satisfying, and is accepted behind the wall. Note: Only annealed copper crimp rings are appropriate for use with copper and brass insert fittings. Zurn PEX crimp fittings and rings are not interchangeable with polybutylene crimp fittings and rings.

These crimp rings can be used with the Zurn Qick/Sert1 fitting
system and ZurnPEX tubing. The rings include a sight hole to assure
the ring is fully inserted over the tubing. The crimp tool makes the
crimping process a 'one-hand' operation. The QCRTQC tool must be
squeezed completely and released to make an acceptable crimp. Zurn® QickClamp Crimp Rings. Stainless Steel (Type 304) mechanical fastener used to secure ZurnPEX® tubing to Zurn Qick/Sert1™ fittings. Integral locating flange and sight hole.

Hot and Cold Water Fittings QICK/SERT I Fittings are furnished without crimp rings. Only Zurn PEX crimp rings should be used with QICK/SERT I fittings.

The Zurn PEX Crimp System is not only perfect for plumbing applications but can be used as a permanent connection to radiant heating manifolds, hot water baseboard, or even a repair coupling in radiant heating. When properly installed, the Zurn PEX Crimp System is a worry-free system! Zurn PEX Crimp System can be used with either Zurn PEX (Non Barrier) or Zurn PEX (Oxygen Barrier) tubing.
