• LIFETIME FINISH WARRANTY - Effective December 1, 2001 Weiser Lock® extends a Lifetime Finish Warranty against corrosion, tarnishing or discoloring on all finishes in the Welcome Home Series of products.
• MAXIMUM SECURITY - Deadbolts feature a 1" (25.40mm) projection deadbolt with a 1/4" (6.36mm) hardened steel roller to resist sawing and prying. They also feature heavy duty strike plates with 3" (76.20mm) mounting screws to resist impact blows and two heavy duty 1/4" (6.36mm) mounting screws to secure the deadbolt to the door.
• GRADE II - Deadbolts meet the highest residential ANSI A156.5 Grading requirements, surpassing rigorous 400,000 cycle tests Grade II.
• ADJUSTABLE LATCH - Deadbolts include an adjustable latch for 2-3/8" (60.32mm) or 2-3/4" (69.85mm) door backsets.

• CERTIFICATION - ANSI A156.5 Grade II. ND4000 U.L. Listed when specified. T-turns on single cylinder deadbolts meet handicapped specifications.
• APPLICATION - Residential single and multi-family dwellings. Weiser Lock's Welcome Home Series offers a variety of distinctive deadbolt styles, finishes, locking functions, security and quality features.
• TRIM MATERIALS - Brass inner and outer trim.
• CHASSIS MATERIALS - Zinc security housing. 4000 Series is solid brass.
• DOOR THICKNESS RANGE - 9000 Series adjusts automatically to: 1-3/8" (34.92mm) to 1-3/4" (44.45mm).
• DOOR PREPARATION - 1-1/2" (38.1mm) diameter face hole and 1" (25.40mm) diameter latch hole.
• DOOR PREPARATION - 2-1/8" (53.97mm) diameter face hole acceptable if Grade II not required.

• STRIKE PLATE - Standard 10046 square corner deadbolt security strike. Wood frame doors use 10046 and 10018 square corner security strike. Metal frame doors use 10018 square corner security strike only.
