1/5 StarsHigh Failure Rate | As a water system operator, I install about 10 of these a year. several of the installs from last year have failed at the inlet bushing. The first time I thought maybe I over-tightened, so I've extra careful since then. But it doesn't seem to matter, the threaded inlet will crack. and since it cracks on the inlet side, the leaks have been catastrophic because of the high pressure on that side. What brands do others have good luck with?

Thanks, Mike

5/5 StarsIt was just what I needed. | I used at my house to maintain water pressure for my on demand water heater.

5/5 StarsBrand name to trust | House in question had a 105 psi reading. All old 1/2 main was replaced with 3/4, Plus a new tabkless water heater. Soon afterwards the blow off started to periodically discarge. Also some hammering started to occur. Put in a 3/4 watts 25 to 75 psi. Set at 60 psi. All is well and working great. Watts is very reliable equipment.

4/5 StarsGood Stuff Indeed | This is a rock solid regulator and was spot on at the preset 50psi upon installation. I had 125 working PSI at my main and was getting leaky hoses/fixtures and shutter. I researched and compared opinions from other DIYers and friends and got this one as a result. The unit is very solid and adjusts easily and accurately (with a gauge of course) and is working at 60psi. Nothing is leaking, no shutter and flow regulates up decently when multiple devices are in use. The double union wasn't in stock so I got the single which worked out ok.
