4/5 StarsThought it was too small to work | This was purchased for hand washing in shop. Very easy installation. Neat little unit. Wish I had gotten the 240 volt model, this one doesn't get quite as hot as I would like it to. Hoping when summer gets here the temperture of the incoming water will make it a little hotter. The water is comfortable if you don't turn any cold water on.

5/5 StarsTankless WH [...]Great Product | This product worked the 1st time and saves a LOT of water. My wife used to get on my case about running water to get hot water to the bathroom, but this product produced hot water within 2 seconds and stay hot. It is a little weird and I had to adjust my routine, but it is well worth it.

4/5 StarsSatisfied with the results | Seems I waste gallons of water waiting for it to get hot so I put one under the kitchen sink and it works good. Well enough that I bought another for the bathroom. Nice compact unit and easy to install. Insure you have access to electric outlet. Under the kitchen sink I have an outlet for dishwasher and disposal so wired a plug to the unit and just pluged it in. Bathroom required more effort to get electric for unit.
Recommended? Yes.
3/5 StarsPerfect for our stores restroom | We Purchased this to replace our old worn out electric tank water heater for our store's restroom. After installing it and the provided faucet limiter we were impressed by the speed it provided warm water but were disappointed that with the faucet turned all the way to hot it was still just warm not quite "hot". Approximately 85-90 degrees F. We needed it to provide water steaming hot for cleaning but the heat thermostat inside prevents that. Don't see anyway to adjust it. Other than that it looks great and is extremely compact in size. Also Didn't know it didn't come with an outlet plug. just wires to hardwire.
Recommended? Yes.
4/5 StarsPerfect for that bar sink | Perfect for that little office bar sink. The price for copper and a long run to the nearest full size heater does the math for you.

Q:My kitchen sink flow rate is 1.25 gpm. The ambient water temp in winter is around 60 degrees. I have a tankless for the house but the kitchen sink is quite a distance from the tankless heater.. During the winter it takes about four minutes to raise the water to around 130 degrees. Am I correct in assuming that I can only operate the mini 3 at .5gpm which is too low.? I would be OK at 1 gpm. If that is possible how long would take to get to 120 degree two minutes? Any other options?Gerald Fleury | Thursday, November 20, 2014

Yes, this unit would not raise the temperature much at all for that GPM. If you consider something like the Mini 6 it will give you about 35-40 degree rise at that GPM but it is 240v.
