The Speakman Showerhead S-2252, (Chrome/Boxed) has 48 powerful spray streams. 16" full-body spray pattern (not hollow). Large side handle for precise control of spray, invigorating needle spray, gentle rain and full flood. Solid brass body construction. Plunger jet design promotes self-cleaning. Made of deposit and scale-resistant materials for long life. Swivel ball mount for maximum positioning options. Self-draining design. Removable water-saving flow control. Durable chrome plating or polished brass, no tarnish finish. 1/2" NPTF inlet.

Speakman Anystream Chrome Showerhead are designed with deposit resisting spray channels for maximum coverage. Standard fittings and deluxe design allow for optimal integration into any setting.

In 1991 we bought a Speakman showerhead much like this one.
This new model has a water-saving aerator that reduces the flow to the point where the water pressure isn't that strong.
I actually was able to use the old mount on the new head and so we have good water pressure now with the new showerhead.
I don't think most people will be able to do that.
