Reed portable roll groovers are compact, durable tools for use at installation sites. The RG6S and RG6CU are designed to be powered by Reed 5301PD power drive. RG6 has heavy duty bearings and a steel body to withstand the punishment of severe grooving applications. Finger-adjust depth screw and gauge provide quick adjustment and accurate, repeatable groove depths. No bulky adjusting wrenches required. Sealed bearings for long life. The RG26 is for grooving in-place pipe, and pipe too short for powered groovers. It is easily carried and positioned with a convenient handle. Included ratcheting crank is used for feeding and turning. For copper tubing Reed offers the RG6CU and RG26CU models with special rollers and shafts to meet copper grooving specifications.

RG6HDCOMBO forms standard rolled grooves in steel, stainless steel and aluminum pipe from 1 1/4" to 6" capacity. This portable 2-in-1 service tool yields cost-savings of time and money by offering a complete change in minutes from power machine operation to manual work.

RGCOMBO2 is a compact, light-weight (27.5 lbs) design with built-in handle for improved mounting and transporting. All gears are enclosed in the casting to minimize debris entering tool. Consistent tracking makes this tool great to use time after time!



An extension kit for Reed RG6 groovers for steel or copper allows full 6" grooving with threading machines. Support arms and drive bars place the groover at the end of RIDGID® brand machines for full access grooving.
