5/5 StarsGreat warranty on a really good product. | This has been a really good faucet for us during the year or so we've owned it. It comes with a tool that greatly simplified installing it and the finish remains terrific in spite of our reckless behavior. At about three months it "broke" where the spray head would no longer stay connected to the hose. Contacting Price-Pfister about their lifetime warranty, they immediately sent out the repair parts. Following the repair instructions we found it wasn't really broken, we just didn't know how to refit the spray head that wasn't apparently quite put on right at the factory. We've had no more trouble with it but P-Pf will stand behind it if needed.
