This comes w/ hardware to anchor to a wall, but my husband installed it in the vanity next to the toilet for better stability. Didn't check off the durability box as it has just been installed but if it's like Price Pfister's other products/warranty, even if it lasts only 15 years, they'll replace free of charge if not abused (how likely is that for a toilet paper holder? :-)
Attractive product at a great price - what more could one want?
