Potter-Roemer Roof Hatch 24 x 36 Steel Specifications:

Potter-Roemer Roof Hatch Curb Construction:
• 14 gage (G 90) galvanized steel with durable recoatable gray primer finish standard.
• 12" (304mm) in height with a 4" (101mm) fiber board insulation, and mounting holes for roof attachment.
• Also has integral cap flashing of the same material and thickness as the curb.
• Curb and cap flashing are fully welded at the corners for a watertight construction.
• Hinges are two-piece formed steel, with a non-removable heavy-duty pivot pin.

Potter-Roemer Roof Hatch Cover:
• 14 gage (G 90) galvanized steel, with radused corners for safety, and are fully welded at the corners for watertight construction.
• 22 gage cover liner.
• 1" (25.4mm) thick fiberglass insulation, reinforced as required to support a 40#/ft square live load.
• An extruder rubber gasket, mechanically fastened to the inside of the lid causes the hatch lid to seal.

Potter-Roemer Roof Hatch Hardware:
• Interior handle with a positive, one-point locking mechanism.
• Exterior handle
• Provisions for a padlock, both inside and out
• Pre-lubricated compression springs, encased in zinc-plated telescopic tubes, for smooth and controlled door operation at any position.
• Automatic, hold-open arm, with vinyl grip is standard.
• All hardware is corrosion resistant and all fasteners are of a self-locking type.
• Hinge is on the 24" side.
