The Milcor K access door meets the specific needs of plaster construction, for an easy to install unit with an attractive finished apperance. Usable in either walls or ceilings.

Milcor 20X24 K 20" x 24" Standard Flush Door for Plaster, Primer Features:
• An expansion casing bead, included as part of the frame, provides aneat, close, protected finish betwwen fram and plaster, while furnishing added plaster reinforcemnet.
• The door panel finishes flush with the plaster surface, making an unobstrusive installation when painted, to match the wall or ceiling.
• The door panel is mounted to the frame on concealed spring hinges that open to 175 degrees for complete access without allowing the door to impact surronding surface.
• Milcor K Access Doors provide critical service access in plaster walls or ceilings.
• Material: 16-gauge steel frame with 14-gauge door panel and 22-gauge galvanized casing beads.
• Finish: Steel is chemically bonded with prime coat of baked-on electrostatic powder.
• Hinge: Concealed spring hinges allow panel to open to 175 degrees. Panels removable by taking pin out of hinge leaf attached to panel. Number of hinges varies with size of door.
• Lock: Flush, screwdriver-operated with steel cam. Available with Phillips or Allen head, or spanner head cam on special order. Cylinder lock with two keys furnished to replace one cam lock, if required, at slight extra charge.
• 20 1/4" x 24 1/4" opening
