This pump is soo much better than the junk they sell at the big box home improvement centers. I have been through several of the pumps from my local stores and aside from being noisy, they don't last long. This one is very queit and looks to be built to last a long time.

Great pump to remove any condensation from heating and/or AC system. Since I can't drain easily and neatly in the basement, this pump moves water from the floor to the outside world - some 8 feet up.
Good idea to keep one on standby since the pump doesn't last forever.
Easy to install for intermediate do-it-yourselfer.
