Q:Should anything be placed around the base or bottom,like mesh plus some kind of lift to keep free of obstruction (rust,particles)? Should spider (water outlets) also be replaced at same time as pump (unit is older)? Do you recommend plugging pump into outlet with fuse breaker seperate from thermostate that turns on fan for evap.unit, so that pump will come on first and irrigate pads, or do you not have recommendation? I am replacing pump just like this one installed in'09,which seems too soon.coop | Monday, April 29, 2013
