4/5 StarsIf using for water-scape, also buy a Little Giant SA-1 Sacrificial Anode | The pumps in the past in my water-scape have only lasted me about 1.5 years between replacement. This time I have included a Little Giant SA-1 Sacrificial Anode on the pump. This should prevent premature failure as a result of galvanic (electrolytic) corrosion.

5/5 StarsPump | I have bought these pumps for my fountain and they last a little over 2 yrs running 24/7 but good pump

5/5 StarsGreat little pump | I use this pump for a fountain and it runs every day all year around. In the winter, it runs 24/7 with the freezing weathering Oregon.
It lasts about two years before I have to replace it. I always keep a
spare and when I need to order another Plumber Surplus always has them in stock and gets another one to me quickly. Their online ordering is easy to use and efficient. Thanks!!

5/5 StarsLittle Giant 5-MSP Review | I have purchased several of the Little Giants for my outdoor fountain. After about 2 years, the item gets corroded and burns out...I quickly order another item from Plumbers Surplus and in no time it arrives at my front door. Updating worn out pumps seems to go with the territory with submersible pumps.
The Little Giant is reliable and does it job during it's life duration. Recently I called Plumbers Surplus with a question and I was promptly transferred to a technician with knowledge. I appreciated this.

5/5 StarsWhat a great product. | We could have used this when our basement flooded during a thunder storm. We are prepared now for the next storm. It really moves the water.

5/5 Starsbest price around | they had the best price, the exact model I wanted[...]nothing to complain about. I've ordered from this site in the past, and will order in the future. My husband is a master plumber.

5/5 StarsExcellent, Long-Lasting Pump! | Best pump I have ever used!

5/5 StarsThe little giant is apply named. | I bought my first little giant pump about ten years ago. It has worked great pumping my pool cover, my sisters basement, and parents basement. Not to mention the times friends borrowed it for days. Hours and hours of use. I had it frozen solid on my pool cover and when it unfroze in spring plugged it in and to my amazement started pumping. Best product I ever owned.. Bought a second one today!

4/5 Starsawsome sump pump | Durable

5/5 StarsNice blue color !!! | Wonderful pump, we use it to remove any overflow water from our outhouse

5/5 StarsLittle Giant ! | 1st you should stop calling it the Little Giant. It's a great product. The little thing does alot. My neighbor has one I used to borrow. Had it for years. Had to have my own.
Recommended? Yes.
5/5 StarsKeep the basement from flooding | During very heavy rainfall the sewers on my street can't handle the volume of water & will back up into the basement.
With the Little Giant I can put it into the floor drain & pump the water out through my garage, keeping the basement dry.
Recommended? Yes.
3/5 StarsTreat it with care and it will last | Got the 18' cord should have gotten the 25'...with pool partially drained i miscalculated the depth of the cover to the distance of the outlet...using a heavy guage extention cord my help, but the warranty says do not use any other cord or you risk ruining unit. so buy once measure twice. Also, unit must be stored indoors in warmth after use or it will freeze and fail in winter. Otherwise its rugged and reliable. I installed a quick release hose, so I dont have to drag 25' of garden hose around with it. The expensive autoshutoff switch (which I did not buy, but have used), does not allow the pump to drain down to minimum, so for pool covers stick with manual application. For my needs it wasn't worth buying that, but may be useful for others
Recommended? Yes.
5/5 StarsMighty Pump | I installed this in a huge swamp cooler that had a burnt out OEM pump. It had great water pressure and is quiet as can be.

I've only had it in about 4 months but I'm sure it will work great!
Recommended? Yes.
5/5 StarsIt was exactly what I was looking for. | easy to use - easy to clean, if needed
Recommended? Yes.
