My father-in-law recommended this to me after I saw it installed in his house. You install it under the sink that is the furthest from the water heater. This way, all the sinks (including the one where the unit is installed) have instant hot water. You just need to buy two hoses (dimensions in the manual), have a wrench/pliers and an electric outlet, and you're done. You can have "always on" instant hot water or set the timer for it to turn on multiple times during the day. And the timer is very easy to set! If you're wondering whether you'll like this product...you will. Just buy it. No more washing my face with cold water or waiting for the hot water. I love it!

It's easy to understand the installation and use of this pump.

I installed this myself 3 yrs. ago at the furthest tap from the hot water tank and it works perfectly. Being under the sink I never hear it. The hot water is always there when you want it. It's maintenance free and works perfectly. You'd never even know it's there. The only drawback is that the cold line has warm water in it for about 20 seconds so you have to run it for a while to get cold water.

We installed it under the furtherest bathroom sink. It works as advertised. Was easy to install.

I bought this product about four years ago and it has worked perfect. I don't use the timer funtion due to the fact that I don't want the hassle of having to re-set it every time the power goes out, if it had a digital timer with battery back up, i would use it. I leave it on all the time and because it is controled by a thermostat it only comes on about 3 times per hour for about 30 seconds each time. It runs very quiet, you really have to listen closely to hear it. Easy to install. I'm in the middle of renovating my bathroom where i had it installed and I miss it.

Product works but even with a soft-water system it must be dismantled and soaked in hot vinegar once a year to keep its ports open and operating. It is a real pain especially when the initial price of the unit is considered.

I installed this device in my kitchen as the kitchen is farthest from my water heater. The installation was simple and straight forward. It took less than an hour to complete. No leaks, and hot water to the kitchen sink a heck of a lot quicker. Saves water too!!!!
