Kohler GP1059291 Class 5 Seal Kit

I have no problems with PlumberSurplus.com . I ordered some seal/gaskets for an older model toilet. The model is discontinued by Kohler- but still found the part here. And, received them within a couple weeks. The cost was cheaper than Home Depot for the items, and when they were out of stock they sent 2 emails notifying me it would be back ordered, and offered me a chance to cancel- or hold for the order.
I decided to wait, and was pleasantly surprised they got them within the week-and emailed me again they were shipping. The attention to detail made this experience great for me (the customer). They went the extra yard to make sure I was satisfied. I will remember PlumberSurplus if I need something in the future. Great Job Folks!

PlumberSurplus provided very professional customer service. They gave me the option to cancel my order when their supplier projected a delay. In the end, the delay was only a few days. They kept me updated which I appreciate. Other reviewers dinged them for the quality of the product - but they don't produce it - they only sell it! Soft rubber seals in water wear out. I bought extra seals at a great price. Thanks PlumberSurplus!

I have 2 Kohler toilet and they both leaked once in a while. I replace the seal and no water more leaking.

The original rubber seals wear out in merely 1-2 years, and I bought several of these kits to replace and stop water leak. Low quality is expected as it came from the same source.

I ordered 3 of these seals because they only last about 3 years and I wanted to have some extras on hand. This was the first time I replaced this seal so I referred to the back of the package for the installation instructions. The instructions were not readable - looks like there was a piece of tape that had been removed and pulled the print off with it. No problem I thought - just read the instructions on one of the two remaining seal packages I received. Well, same thing on both of the other two packages - print removed / rubbed off. Not a big deal - just thought it was strange that all 3 packages had unreadable instructions.
