I have tried to find these washers/springs for the Delta faucet at local stores. All they have are cheap Chinese replicas for the same price. You are certainly on my list for plumbing products.

We had bought the cheap ones from [@] and [@] and they kept breaking/didn't work. These were a Godsend. I was going to have to call the plumber (actually did, because the leak was so bad!) These came and my husband installed them within 30 minutes. No more leak!! I was able to call the plumber this morning and cancel the appointment. I paid the extra to have it shipped fast and it came on the 2nd day. Saved me at least $100.

I had already replaced these parts with generic replacements from my local hardware store. The generics did not fit well, only moderatly solved my leaking faucet, and failed quickly. I could tell immediately that the manufacture brand replacement parts were better made and the repair felt really solid.
