It is water efficient, your tenants can not ruin it even if they try and it lasts several lifetimes as it is unbreakable.

High pressure but soft shower

We've had this product for about three years, and it has cut way down on our water usage, as documented by our water softener meter. You can't beat the price either. The water coming from the head feels like full power, yet it is a water-saver head. I like that I can quickly shut it off or turn it down during lathering. Also, with the volume turned down, I don't have to worry about the water going cold during extracurricular shower activities with my wife. It's the pinacle of efficiency both in price and in water economy while delivery quality spray.

This is the best shower head I've ever seen...and the least expensive. It delivers great water pressure, has a cutoff valve that saves water and makes it easy to "soap-up", and creates steam that makes shaving in the shower a breeze. This is a useful product to take while traveling, especially in countries where water pressure is not adequate. It screws on and off quite easily.[...]

Like other comments this is affordable and well built. I actually do not like the pressure at which the water comes out, it stings! It's almost too powerful/uncomfortable for me to use. This showerhead is similar to the ones I find at State campgrounds and parks.

This is a solid piece of machinery. Count on passing it down through the generations. The spray is kind of a vigorous coarse mist - strong, but not aggressive. In fact, it's a surprisingly strong spray considering the pipes in my old house are filled with rust. I know it uses much less water than my previous showerhead because I haven't rodded my drain lately and my old showerhead would start filling the tub in a matter of seconds, but with the Incredible Head, I can shower for a half hour with no water pooling in the tub at all. All in all, you should buy it even if you don't plan on using it, just because it's one of the great bargains of our time.

This is one product that does everything it says it will do. Gives the user the option of taking a normal shower or the user can opt. for the "Navy shower" (get wet turn off water, lather, rinse). water presser is excellent. shower head is adjustable. for those who want to save money on water the Navy shower will save you a lot of money.
in short, if you want a great shower head for under $10 this is the shower head for you.
