Chronomite SR30L/120 Instant-Flow SR Low-Flow Tankless Water Heater

The Instant-Flow SR model is a great basic instant water heater for a wide variety of uses. It features a small size, low installation cost, and delivers unlimited hot water. It also meets the ADA requirements and is 99% Energy Efficient. This instant water heater fits great in lavatories, sinks, showers, and other special applications.

Chronomite also integrates energy and water savings with cost savings and many features which contribute to a safer environment. With Chronomite, gas leaks are eliminated, and the self-cleaning feature of the microprocessor technology prevents alkali and calcification buildup, so there is less possibility for tank corrosion and flooding and less maintenance and operational costs.

Be careful, know ahead of time that an electrical disconnecting means must be in sight of this unit. That means if the electric panel is not within sight you must supply a service disconnect. Many times there is not enough space for an external disconnect but it is required per the N.E.C. just the same.

It would have been helpful if the specs on the web made mention that this unit must be mounted within 18" of the sink. Also should be noted that this is a poor choice for a "slop sink" since there is neither enough water pressure or hot water for cleaning purposes.

Recommended? No. I do not recommend this product.

what is the warranty for this item? The unit is not producing hot water. The breaker is on and the deconnect means is good. What can the problem be?

A:	This item does not come with a power cord. For this unit you will need to have this unit wired in.
