I bought the Bosch ROS about 5 years ago and gave it occasional use. Great sander by the way. I damaged the side of the pad during recent use on some ratty boards. Figured it was time to replace. Checked around the internet and PlumberSurplus had the best price by far. Fast shipping. The stock is new, not new old stock. Fit perfect. Back to work.

Worked great with 1295 DVS

My warn Bosch 1295 DVS sanding pad was spinning sand paper disks all over the place. It is great now that the new pad holds the sand paper in place again, and I can get some work done.

Great Pad Type for Most Sanding

So far this 'soft' backing pad appears to be the best for most sanding applications. The last pad on my Bosch sander was firmer and it blew apart at high speed recently. This new one appears to be made differently - hopefully better.
