When ordering online, you want the right parts, and you don't want them broken. I received the exact parts I ordered, and they were in good shape. I ordered over the holidays, so the shipping wasn't fast, but that's my fault.

Another said they'd order the part, but after waiting a week I ordered it from plumbersurplus.com[...]. I got the part for under $5 and fixed it myself.
