4/5 StarsToilet is great- tidy, looks great, fancy! | Bought two of these toilets from this site, one for renovated downstairs half bath and one for existing upstairs bathroom. Both bathrooms are rather small and this toilet fits perfectly in there. It looks great and the two buttons for flush are fancy! It was easy to install as I did it myself for the first time. I did have issues with marks/scuffs in toilet though and had to receive not 1 but 2 replacement toilets! That was rather frustrating and a nusiance but they did a fairly good job helping me out with both returns.

5/5 StarsLoadmaster | Better than any of the European/Japanese water saving toilets that I have used by far. Large "water spot," excellent clearing capacity. Two thumbs up!

5/5 Stars2nd one Bought love it | I bought this toilet for the upstairs bathroom. I installed it and liked it enough that I also bought one for the downstairs bathroom too. It is a very straight forward toilet to install. Once I had the area ready for installation it took about 15-20 mins to put in. Note, getting everything ready takes about an hour to remove old toilet and get wax ring and bolts ready if it is an older toilet in the bathroom. It has great flushing power. I've no real clogging issues which is beyond my expectation. I'm a big fan of dual flush toilets for water usage reasons, and this fits the bill and the price is perfect.

5/5 StarsGreat Toilet | Not really a negative point, but to use the .9 gal. option, one must depress both buttons simultaneously. Also, to ensure a proper flush, one must hold the button down slightly longer than you would a regular handle type flush mechanism. Toilet works well, and the small tank makes it ideal to fit in tight spaces.

5/5 StarsAwesome...for a toilet | I know next to nothing about plumbing and I was able to easily install this toliet myself. It was placed in a small bathroom and really opened up some much needed space with its relatively narrow design. In addition I replaced an 80's era toilet with this one and I am still astonished on how much less water it requires for either flush option, which is important especially for homes on a septic system. I am the proud owner of the coolest toilet I have ever used!

5/5 StarsLives up to the hype! | I bought the H2Option toilet for a basement finishing project. We just had it installed a few weeks ago and so far it has lived up to all of it's promises! The plumber had no problems installing it at all. We checked for spray leaks behind the unit and did not have any, but we did open it up during a flush to see what others were talking about with it spraying the wall on flushes. Indeed, there is an issue where the fill line sprays directly onto some parts and if you didn't have the lid on correctly, it could bounce out and onto the wall behind the unit. I have had no such issues at all with the toilet. There doesn't even seem to be a need for the larger volume flush on this unit. It has never failed to flush completely with the 1.0 gal flush. I love the fact that the tank is full by the time you finish washing your hands and it fills very quietly, too.I am definitely going to consider replacing the rest of the units in the house with this model, mainly because I like saving the water and it flushes way better than any other toilet I have ever used.[...]

5/5 StarsGreat toilet | This is so quiet and very water efficient. Cleans the bowl effieciently even on low flush. WE bought three, one for each of our bathrooms.

4/5 StarsThis Is a Great Toilet! | This toilet has a lot of power, but is pretty quiet. We love the dual flush technology. The only thing that could be better is the flush button. It is made from plastic and appears cheap next to the otherwise solid toilet. Functions fine, just looks and feels cheap.
Recommended? Yes.
5/5 StarsPretty Sweet | Very nice toilet. The only trick about the installation is setting the tank on the base because all of the mechanism comes pre-installed in the tank--just ends up being a tight squeeze for the hands.

The dual choices in flush is really handy and the siphonic flow is really the way to go with new bowls.
