Sump Pumps
Sump pumps are used for draining collected water or sewage. The Sump pump is normally installed in the basement where majority of the flooding may occur, and helps removes accumulated liquid from the sump pit. Sump pumps are also used to decrease dampness by lowering the water table under the foundation of a house. Sump pumps come in two different set ups, manual sump pumps and automatic sump pumps. Manual sump pumps are designed to be used whenever is needed, while automatic sump pumps can be set to activate themselves when a certain water level is reached.
